If you have turned on iCloud Backup function from Settings > iCloud > iCloud Backup, then your iPhone can be backed up to iCloud automatically when your iPhone is plugged in, locked and connected with Wi-Fi. Probably you deleted photos are in iCloud backup and you can restore them as below.

Step 1: Go to Settings > General > Reset on your iPhone, then choose "Erase All Content and Settings".

Step 2: From the apps Apps & Data interface, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup", then log in your iCloud account.

Step 3: Select an iCloud backup which includes the deleted iPhone photos from available backups in iCloud.

Step 4: Follow the prompts to set up your iPhone as a new device.

Note: Similarly, iCloud restore will erase the data you haven't backed up yet. As the alternative solution, you might as well try iPhone Data Recovery to restore from iCloud backup.

1.Launch Program

 First of all, you should download and install the program on your computer. And then Launch it. Both PC and Mac versions are available.

 
2. Scan Data
 
There are three recovery modes:

For Recover from iOS Device mode, connect you device to computer via USB cable, and then click Start Scan.
 
For Recover from iTunes Backup File mode, select an iTunes backup file from the backup list, and then click Start Scan.
 
For Recover from iCloud Backup File mode, log in iCloud with your Apple ID and password, and then select an iCloud backup file from the backup list to scan.
 
 
3. Select Data
 
Click the file type in the left panel to preview the details, and then check the boxes of the data which you want to recover.

 
4. Recover Data
 
Click the blue Recover button in the bottom right corner. The retrieved data will be saved to your computer.
 

Tip: Check "Only display deleted item", only deleted or lost files will be displayed. This helps you quickly find the target file.
